LOn July 30, 2019 at approximately 2:52 PM officers from the Circleville Police Department, assisted by Circleville Municipal Court Probation Officers, conducted a search warrant of 121 West Ohio Street. A firearm was recovered from the residence and the following people were arrested:
Richard Harrell Jr. (23 of Circleville) – F2 Improper Discharging Firearm into Habitation or Safety Zone, F3 Discharge Firearm on or Near Prohibited Premises, F4 Improperly Handling Firearms in Motor Vehicle.
Chelsie Blevins (23 of Ashville) – felony warrant from franklin county
Denise Reed (30 of Circleville) – Felony 5 Obstructing Official Business
Kelsey Jenkins (18 of Circleville) – Felony 3 Tampering with Evidence
Kyle Rock II (18 of Circleville) – Felony 5 Obstructing Official Business
James Gillian (25 of Circleville) – Parole Violation
This warrant was in relation to the ongoing investigation of the shooting incident which occurred July 26th.
