Portsmouth Police need your help to find a missing teenager.
Law enforcement tells the Guardian that 16-year-old Madison Carver is missing. She was last seen October 22 in Portsmouth; she was 15 when she was last seen, but has since had a birthday. She was wearing a brown and cream striped shirt, blue jeans, and a black hoodie.
