Ross County search and rescue teams have been sent to Gallia County to assist in the search of a missing child who has autism.
The call for assistance for Ross County came in at 4 p.m. on Friday. The search is being conducted in the village of Vinton along Route 160.
Joanna Gilliam is described as 5 feet tall with blonde hair and was last seen wearing grey sweat pants and a Wonder Woman T-shirt with possibly a rainbow colored jacket, the Sheriff said. Joanna walked away from her house near woods.
