NORMAN, Oklahoma — The Storm Prediction Center in Norman, Oklahoma has issued a Tornado Watch for the Scioto Valley until 10 p.m.
Forecasters say conditions are becoming more favorable across the southern Ohio area for tornadic development.
A Watch means conditions are favorable for supercells capable of producing tornadoes.
