ROSS COUNTY, Ohio — A fire in Roxabell at a vacant mobile home has been ruled arson.
Investigated by the Division of State Fire Marshal’s Fire and Explosion Investigation Bureau, has been confirmed the fire on November 26 at Main and Third Street as arson.
Authorities are urging the public to provide tips to aid in identifying the responsible party. The Blue Ribbon Arson Committee is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those accountable for the fire.
