PORTSMOUTH, Ohio — Isaiah Wilson, a 17-year-old teen who was previously reported missing and later found, has once again gone missing. The Portsmouth Police Department issued an alert for the missing/runaway juvenile this morning.
Isaiah Wilson, described as 5’7” tall, weighing 150lbs, with brown hair and green eyes, was last seen fleeing from his residence on 22nd Street in Portsmouth. He was wearing a black hoodie, blue jeans, and white shoes at the time of his disappearance.
