ROSS COUNTY, Ohio — The Ross County Sheriff’s Office has located the woman who was the subject of a regional BOLO (Be-On-The-Lookout) alert earlier today. The woman, believed by authorities to be experiencing a mental health crisis, was found on South Ridge Road in Tar Hollow State Park.

Deputies received a call in Adelphi regarding the woman and responded to find she had left the residence, possibly with her two children. Initial reports indicated the woman may have ingested a large quantity of pills. A ambulance has been requested to their location.

The children remain unaccounted for.

UPDATE: The sheriff’s office has confirmed the children have been located. The Guardian is working to gather more details.
