I checked the vehicle registration through dispatch who advised it was expired as of 7/12/24. The driver, Thomas Speakman, was stopped and issued a citation. He was provided a copy and advised of his court date. Tonya Wilson and Carley Moon were passengers, and their information was checked through dispatch. They advised Ms. Wilson had a warrant for her arrest. Tonya was placed under arrest and transported to RCJ where she was served the warrant.

I entered the business and located Nathan standing at the back of the store behind some shelves. Nathan was placed under arrest and transported to RCJ, where he was served a copy of his two warrants for Theft (case #CRB2400525) and RCSO IBA warrant for Escape (case #CRB2401612).

- Narrative: On August 6, 2024, I was dispatched to Jack’s Tires in reference to a hit-skip accident. On scene, I spoke with Jenna Graham, who stated the accident occurred on Bridge Street at 8th. Jenna advised that she was on Eastern Ave traveling through the intersection and had a green light. She stated that as she was going through the intersection, she was struck by a small black car that was headed north and believed it had run the red light. Jenna stated the other car never stopped, and she had no information on it. I noted damage to the driver’s side rear which prevented the trunk lid from closing.
