CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — A locally-owned restaurant in Chillicothe will close their doors this month.
R Kitchen on Paint, located at 66 North Paint Street in downtown announced their closure on Tuesday.
“…. [T]he last year has put a strain on our family that has almost broke us mentally and physically. To that end, we have made a difficult decision to shut our doors after Saturday January 29, to focus on us and our family,” the owners said.
“We want to thank everyone in the community that has continued to support us and our staff in so many ways. Your support for us and our staff has enabled us to do what we love and to give back in so many ways to this community. We want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all that you have done for us and for being so supportive. We will miss seeing you all and hopefully in the future we will get to serve you again.”
The restaurant, which opened in the fall of 2015 was known for their homemade meals with a touch of fine dining.
