A highway is shut down in both directions and one person has been flown to a hospital after a crash.

It has been reported that three semis crashed on U.S. 23 at route 762 just north of South Bloomfield in Pickaway County.

A medical helicopter is on the scene and is flying at least one person to a Columbus-area hospital.

“Traffic being diverted back at SR-665,” said ODOT Press Secretary Matt Bruning. “One lane of northbound also closed.”
