ROSS COUNTY, Ohio — Severe ice and wind have caused emergency phone lines to go down in Ross County.
The outages were announced by the Sheriff at around 7 p.m. on Thursday and impact the city of Chillicothe and county for 9-1-1 only.
“If you call 9-1-1 for an emergency and have an issue getting through, the Sheriff can be reached at (740) 773-1185. The Chillicothe Police Department can be reached at (740) 773-1191,” the Sheriff said.
There was no time given for restoration.
