WILMINGTON, Ohio — A Flood Warning is in effect for Ross County until 4 a.m. on Friday.
According to the National Weather Service in Wilmington, heavy rain will continue across the Scioto Valley.
Reports say nearly one inch of rain has already fallen across parts of Ross County.
Residents in low-lying or flood-prone areas are encouraged to monitor conditions and prepare themselves to evacuate if needed.
If you encounter high water on the roadway, remember to “turn around and don’t drown.”
