CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — The “Sands in the Street” volleyball tournament returns for a second year.
According to organizers, Adena Health Systems, Hernstein Auto Group, and Fifty West are set to bring the sand and fun back to downtown Chillicothe. This year’s event, officials say, will feature 8 competitive teams, 24 recreational teams, and 4 courts.
The winner of the competitive tournament will take home a $750 purse and $250 for the winner of the recreational tournament.
Team registration will begin online starting May 1, and the tournament kick-off will be on August 27.
