ROSS COUNTY, Ohio — A man was arrested over the weekend for allegedly driving impaired with children in the vehicle.
Steven Gozy was arrested on May 25 after law enforcement received a tip about his alleged impaired driving.
According to initial reports from the sheriff’s office, deputies located Gozy’s vehicle between Bowman Lane and Adena Hospital. The tip came from a caller with personal knowledge of Gozy’s alleged impairment.
When deputies approached the vehicle, they noted that Gozy displayed slurred speech and reportedly admitted to taking prescription medication. Following an investigation at the scene, Gozy was arrested on charges of Operating a Vehicle Impaired (OVI) and endangering children.
