**Offense:** Disorderly Conduct
On August 28, 2024, I was dispatched to Hopetown Road in reference to a disorderly conduct complaint. Upon arrival, I made contact with the caller/complainant, who stated that he and his live-in ex-girlfriend were involved in a verbal altercation. The complainant reported that she was intoxicated and would not leave him alone. An investigation was started, and a report was written.

**Offense:** Criminal Trespass; Theft without Consent
On August 28, 2024, Sgt. Riege and Deputy Nott were dispatched to Liberty Hill Rd in reference to a theft complaint. The caller stated that he witnessed two males on the neighboring property, possibly stealing items. Contact was made with all parties, and an investigation was started.

**Offense:** Speeding – 60 MPH Zone (2 Lane State Route)
On August 28, 2024, I, Deputy Stanley, was conducting traffic enforcement in the area of US-23 mile marker 19 in Ross County. I observed a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed. The vehicle’s speed was checked using lidar and was found to be traveling at 75 mph in a posted 60 mph zone. A traffic stop was conducted, and a citation was issued.

On August 28, 2024, at approximately 6:57 AM, Sgt. McGoye and I attempted to serve a warrant on a female subject at a residence on Westfall Rd, Ross County. Litter and an open burning violation were located on the property, and an investigation was started.

On August 28, 2024, at around 9:00 AM, Sgt. McGoye and I met with the complainant regarding a male subject burning trash on his property on Norman Hill Rd, Ross County. The male subject was identified and issued a summons on the charges.

On August 28, 2024, at approximately 11:17 AM, Sgt. McGoye and I were in a marked patrol vehicle traveling on N Bridge St, Ross County, when we observed a vehicle in front of us commit a marked lanes violation. A traffic stop was conducted on the vehicle, and a male passenger was arrested on a warrant.

On August 28, 2024, around 11:38 AM, Sgt. McGoye and I were dispatched to 2179 Anderson Station Rd, Ross County, in reference to previous tenants marking multiple apartment doors and an exterior wall on the outside of the apartment complex with chalk. Upon arrival, we made contact with the apartment manager, and an investigation was started.
