A person was taken to the hospital Sunday night after being hit by a moving car.
It happened at around 7:15 p.m. in Chillicothe on Hickory Street near Water Street.
The person was standing in the middle of the street when he was struck by the small car. The driver side mirror was broken on the car and the windshield was cracked. The man smelled of alcohol, police said.
In video exclusively obtained by the Guardian, the man is seen standing in the middle of the street, flailing his arms when a car comes along and hits him.
No names have been released.
