CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — A truck fire had a portion of route 23 closed Thursday afternoon.
It happened at around 3:30 p.m. southbound near Marietta Road. Troopers shut the highway down while crews battled the blaze.
The truck was being towed by a flatbed tow truck. The cause of the fire was not immediately released.
No one was injured, and route 23 was opened back up to one lane shortly after the blaze.
