CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — The City of Chillicothe’s Board of Zoning Appeals has scheduled its next meeting for Tuesday, April 23, 2024. The meeting will take place at 35 South Paint Street, in the first-floor conference room, starting at 4:30 P.M.
The agenda includes a series of variance requests concerning right-of-way setbacks for signage at multiple properties throughout the city. These requests, filed under Chapter 1179.08, have been made by various property owners and entities, including Max Auto Real Estate, Henry C Mullins Trustee, Certified Oil Corporation, Harlan R Beckley Etal Co-Trustee, Herbert & Bettie Friedman, Bernard & Linda McNeely, MST Chillicothe, LLC, Charleys Steakery Inc., 980 N Bridge St, LLC, and the City of Chillicothe itself.
