The Village of Waverly is hosting “Movies in the Park” this summer free for the public.
The event is happening throughout the summer in Walnut Street Park. People who wish to attend are asked to bring a lawn chair, blanket, flash light, and bug spray.
The dates for the movies are:
- July 27
- August 3
- August 17
- August 31
Attendees are asked to bring a lawn chair, blanket, flash light, and bug spray. Feel free to bring your own refreshments, but NO ALCOHOL.
Festivities will begin about 7 p.m. and the movie will begin at dusk. There will be free popcorn, water, hotdogs, ice cream, and sno-cones, the Mayor’s office reported.
