UPDATE 8:40 PM: Waverly Mayor Kempton has advised that Movies In The Park has been cancelled for this Saturday due to an expected heat index of 106 degrees.
Movies In The Park will resume Saturday, July 27th with How To Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World.

ORIGINAL: The mayor of Waverly says that they may cancel their first “Movie in the Park” if the excessive heat continues; the area has been blanketed with above-average temperatures in recent days.
“Mayor Kempton has advised that if the high heat index is still forecasted for Saturday, July 20th the movie in the park may be cancelled,” the village said. “If the movie is cancelled the mayor will put out an All Call to explain.”
