US 23 southbound near the Pickaway County line is backed up due to a very minor fended bender.
The Guardian has a crew on the scene in front of Scioto Downs, where a pickup truck rear ended a sedan during rush hour while traveling at very slow speeds, according to police.
Police say that the claim that multiple vehicles are “piled up” is false. Traffic is, however, backed up to 270 as a result of one of the southbound lanes being closed during rush hour because of the accident.
No serious injuries have been reported
