The Sheriff’s office posted a message online saying that the lines are down, and if you are in a true emergency, you may still call 9-1-1. The Circleville Police Department said they are assisting PCSO in the non-emergency calls you may call CPD for non-emergency calls to pass the call onto PCSO.
