A man has been arrested by Ross County deputies and charged with making terroristic threats.
Michale Graham, 21, was charged over the weekend with inducing panic and making terroristic threats after he allegedly told deputies he was going to “shoot up” the Chillicothe Walmart.
It is alleged that Graham had numerous high powered rifles and was stopped during a traffic stop; the guns were seized.
He is currently being held in the Ross County Jail on a $100,000 bail.
“The investigation is ongoing and my office is working closely with the Chillicothe Police Department, Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation,” said the Ross County Sheriff.
Graham makes his initial court appearance Monday in the municipal court.
