A Ross County deputy was transported to the hospital Thursday night.
Dispatchers requested medics to the jail at around 10 p.m. for a deputy who was experiencing a rapid heartbeat and high blood pressure.
Medics checked out the deputy and given the vitals, took them to the hospital.
Their name is not being released by the Guardian.
