Another crash is clogging route 35 between Bridge Street and High Street in Ross County.
The crash happened after 1 p.m. on Friday.
The accident is reportedly not serious, according to state troopers. Three vehicles were initially involved, but one left after not having property damage.
The lanes are restricted in the area.
No serious injuries have been reported.
The crash is just the latest in numerous ones to happen on the water-bridge overlooking the Scioto River.
Just days before Christmas, a Frankfort woman was killed in a 9-car pileup in the same spot. Then, a few days later, a four-car accident in the same area.
