One person is in custody after a pursuit spanned two counties Sunday night.
It ended near Darby Township in Pickaway County along Burro Lane and London Road just before 11 p.m.
It started in Madison County after deputies say Ronald Manus, 41, fled from them after they received a call of a suspicious car on route 56, north of Mount Sterling.
The chase went into Pickaway County and ended after spike strips were deployed and the car crashed, according to the on-duty sergeant from Madison County Sheriff’s office.
Manus had four warrants from Madison County and deputies told the Guardian they suspect that is why he was fleeing.
No injuries were reported.
