A message went out to parents Thursday night saying that a local school district will be closed due to a virus.
The flu is making its rounds and Miami Trace Local School District has been hard.
The entire district will close Friday, January 17, and remain closed until Tuesday.
“Miami Trace will be closed until Tuesday morning in an effort to combat the current flu going around. This will be a district shutdown,” the message says.
