The Highway Patrol has released information from a crash along Route 159 near Delano Road that sent three people to the hospital.
The call came in Sunday at around 5:30 p.m.
Dylan Ross, 18, Chillicothe, was traveling northbound on State Route 159 and was turning left onto Delano Road. That’s when troopers say Julia Penwell, 75, also of Chillicothe, ran a red light and hit the teenager. Both vehicles went off the road and Ross continued to hit a fence. Both drivers and a juvenile in the truck were transported to Adena Regional.
Penwell was later transported to Grant Medical Center in Columbus.
