A person has been seriously hurt after being hit by a vehicle in Ross County.
It’s happening on route 23 near Blackwater Road. The call came in Friday at around 2 p.m.
Law enforcement said that the person was not breathing when they arrived and CPR was started.
MedFlight has been requested to the scene.
