Mass chaos is happening at a prison outside Lebanon.
It’s happening in Warren County at the Warren County Correctional Institute.
The call came in at around 1:45 p.m. on Wednesday that two staff members have been exposed to an known substance.
The Guardian has learned the two mailroom staff members are “down” and being treated by medics.
The prison is on lockdown at this hour.
It is not immediately known what the substance is that has caused the emergency or how it made its way inside the prison.
