Authorities in Adams County have concluded their search for a missing boy.
The 5-year-old went missing at around 6 p.m. Monday evening at the Mineral Springs Lake Resort east of West Union.
His body was found more than 24 hours later near the area where he went missing.
Multiple agencies were focused on the lake at the resort. Agencies on scene included Ross, Claremont, Butler, and Adams Sheriff’s offices, along with Ohio Department of Natural Resources and several search and rescue departments.
No other information has been released.
