The police department launched an open investigation to identify those involved, and now, one person has been arrested.
Court records show that Jasten Kolle, 18, was charged with assault this week and pleaded not guilty. Two juveniles have also been identified and charges are expected to be filed against them in the near future, police said.
Kolle, a Chillicothe native, already has a rap sheet. He is facing another assault charge in an unrelated case, as well as a domestic violence charge.
