Obituary
Mary L. Smith Puckett, 90, of Clarksburg, passed away at 10:18 p.m. Monday, January 18, 2021 in Berger Hospital following an extended illness.
She was born April 29, 1930 in Springfield, OH to the late Clyde and Bertha Clark Parker. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Willard H. Smith in 1986, Raymond Puckett in 1997.
Surviving are children, Willard (Bethany) Smith, of Chillicothe and Kenneth (Katrina) Smith, of Clarksburg; stepdaughters, Frances Downing, of Clarksburg, Daphne (Billy) Allen, of Chillicothe; a stepson, Charles (Carol) Puckett, of Chillicothe; 12 grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren and 5 great- great grandchildren; two sisters, Erma Heinz, of Jamestown and Florence House, of Washington Court House. She was predeceased by a grandson; three brothers, three sisters and two stepsons.
Mary will be sadly missed by family and friends.
Private funeral service will be held for the family on Friday, January 22, 2021 in the WARE FUNERAL HOME with Rev. Paul Jones officiating. Public burial will follow in Pancoastburg Cemetery. Private calling hours will be held for the family.
