Police say a 1-year-old child was taken and a woman was assaulted in Franklin County Tuesday.
According to the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office, the child was taken from Hatfield Court around 5:15 p.m.
Police say it happened during a domestic violence fight between a man and a woman. Shots were fired and the woman was assaulted, and the child was taken by the man.
Police are looking for a 2003 black GMC Denali with Ohio license plate JPG 2058.
The Sheriff’s office said the suspect is white, about 5-feet 7-inches tall and weighs 160 pounds.
A name for the suspect was not immediately available.
