Robert Allen Beddow, who goes by the street name “Robby X”, failed to register his address this week, according to the Ross County Sheriff.
Beddow, 26, is a convicted tier II sex offender, which means he has to verify his home address every 180 days with law enforcement. According to the Sheriff, Beddow failed to contact law enforcement this week to do just that.
Beddow’s last known address is 16643 State Route 104 in Chillicothe.
