A reckless driver Tuesday afternoon ended in Ross County after the driver became incoherent and crashed in the median.
Deputies and troopers were pursuing a car along route 35, westbound just inside Concord Township. The driver eventually drove into the median and came to a stop.
Deputies called for a medic because the driver was incoherent. Law enforcement were not immediately sure if the driver was suffering from a medical issue or if they were reacting to illegal drugs.
It all started after a passerby called 9-1-1 to alert deputies to the man’s erratic driving in the median. The driver nearly hit numerous other vehicles, troopers said. Once they caught up with the car, it took several minutes for the vehicle to stop.
No names have been released.
