A woman who crashed her car Wednesday night has died after it was revealed she was stabbed.
Chillicothe Police report that Gloria Speakman, 40, Chillicothe, was stabbed in her head Wednesday morning. The stabbing resulted in her crashing her car in front of Wendy’s on Main Street just after midnight.
“During the investigation it was determined there was a disturbance prior to the accident at America’s Best Value Inn. Gloria was transported to Adena Regional Medical Center and then to Grant Hospital,” said Chillicothe Police Captain Michael Short. Speakman died while at Grant.
Chad Kuntz, also 40-years-old, has been arrested on a parole violation. Police consider him a suspect in the stabbing.
