Jack Allen Jayjohn
Jack Allen Jayjohn, 56, of Kingston, passed away peacefully on May 7, 2021 at Adena Regional Medical Center after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born on October 5, 1964, in Columbus, the son of the late Thomas T. and Mary (Braucher) Jayjohn Sr..
Jack is survived by his life partner, Brenda Whiteside; step-children, Chris Whiteside, of London, and Jennifer (Carlos) Florest, of Houston, Texas; step-grandchildren, Isaiah and Bella Whiteside and Halden and Hialeah Florest; siblings, Thomas Jayjohn, of Galloway, Edward (Cheryl) Jayjohn, of Columbus, Eric Jayjohn, of Louisville, Kentucky, and Cyndee (David) Weiss, of Mankato, Minnesota; special cousin, Terry Randall; niece and nephews; and numerous other special family members and friends whom he cherished.
In addition to his parents, Jack was preceded in death by his brother, Bill Jayjohn.
Jack worked for Chillicothe Packaging Company for 14 years and also worked for Ellis Farms, Kingston. He was known for his strong work ethic, enjoyed hunting and fishing, and adored his dogs, CJ, Cassie, and Hunter. Jack also loved motorcycles and was a member of the Avengers Motorcycle Club.
