CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — The event that made memories for many as children is returning to the blacktop this year.
“Boogie on the Blacktop” will take place Friday, May 28 at the Elk’s Lodge in Chillicothe. It will feature DJ Rick Goshorn, a beer wagon, and food for sale.
Organizers said there is a $3 cover charge, but that veterans will get in free-of-charge.
