Roger was born June 20, 1957 in Gallipolis, Ohio to Roger J. “Chet” Israel and Dorothy M. (Downey) Israel both who proceeded him in death.  Survivors are his wife of 13 years JulieAnne (Gingerall) Israel, daughter Shannon Lupiani (Rob) granddaughters Cheyann and Kyra Lupiani, grandson Jayden Lupiani all of St. Petersburg, FL., brother Vernon Moore Jr. of Jackson, sister Crystal Crisp of Jackson, nieces Savannah Crisp and Kayden Rafferty all of Jackson, nephews Josh Moore of Kentucky, Jeremy, Kevin and Jacob Moore all of Jackson.  Roger was very involved in The Jackson Red Cross and the EMA Office in Jackson.  He graduated from Jackson High in 1976.  He was in the Air Force after High School.  He graduated from Daymar Business College in Law Enforcement.  Online condolences can be made to www.wellmanfuneralhomes.com.
