CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — The city pool in Chillicothe is closed Saturday after officials said that no one showed up to work.
“The Donald M. Smith Memorial Pool will be closed …. due to lifeguard staff shortage,” the city released in a statement. “We apologize for the inconvenience and will open on Sunday….”
The city also said that if anyone is interested in applying for the position of lifeguard to email [email protected].
