WILMINGTON, Ohio — The risk for severe weather and flooding returns Monday, according to the National Weather Service.

According to NWS, storms are expected to develop during the afternoon and early evening hours on Monday.

Monday’s evening rush hour may be a little rough depending on the timing of these storms, said NWS.
