PIKE COUNTY, Ohio — George Wagner, IV returns to court, Monday, for a pre-trial conference.
Wagner, IV, is the eldest of the Wagner children accused of the horrific Pike County Massacre in 2016.
According to reports, Judge Randy Deering is expected to rule on a subpoena of medical records from attorneys representing his younger brother, Edward “Jake” Wagner.
Today’s, hearing was previously delayed by Wagner’s attorney, due to the younger son, Jake Wagner’s, abrupt change of plea from not guilty to guilty on all counts.
According to court records, the trial for George Wagner IV is set for April 4, 2022.
