ROSS COUNTY, Ohio — EMS and Ross County Sheriff Deputies responded to a call of an ATV accident, around 4 a.m Saturday. The accident occurred near Turkey Ridge Road in Ross County. EMS on arrival said the ATV was in a ditch, and the victims were on a nearby embankment.
According to reports, a male rider had visible broken bones showing from his leg. A female victim who was also with him had noticeable facial injuries.
Medflight was called to the scene to transport the male rider to Columbus.
The names and extent of injuries was not immediately released. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
