ROSS COUNTY, Ohio — A 9-year-old child was ran over by a vehicle Monday afternoon in Ross County.

It happened along route 180 at around 1 p.m. on private property.

EMS responded to the home and asked for a medical helicopter, but due to inclement weather, helicopters could not fly.

The child was transported to Adena Regional Medical Center. The Guardian was not able to confirm the extent of the child’s injuries or the events leading up to the child being ran over.
