CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — A woman was seriously injured Monday night when she was hit by a moving car.
EMS responded to Eastern Avenue in Chillicothe, around 9 p.m. Witnesses on scene said the driver of the vehicle fled after hitting the woman.
The name of the person involved and the extent of their injuries was not released.
