WILMINGTON, Ohio — The threat for a severe weather returns to the Scioto Valley, on Wednesday. According to the National Weather Service, in Wilmington, the entire area is under a marginal risk for severe weather.
NWS meteorologists said, storms and heavy rain showers will begin to develop in the late afternoon, and early evening hours. Damaging winds and heavy rain will be the primary threats.
