WILMINGTON, Ohio — The National Weather Service has issued a flash flood watch until 8 p.m, for Highland, Hocking, Pike, Ross, and Scioto counties.

According to NWS, several rounds on thunderstorms have moved over the area. An additional 1 to 2 inches of rain are expected with some area’s receiving more, according to forecasters.
