HIGHLAND COUNTY, Ohio — A Ross Co. man was sentenced to three years in prison for his involvement in a high-speed chase in Highland County.
Timothy Miller, 43, Bainbridge, was stopped by Greenfield Police in December.
Greenfield Police said they tried to pull him over. That is when Miller failed to stop and ran from police at a high rate of speed.
Reports state that Miller led police down several streets and highways, running other motorists off the road. Law enforcement lost sight of Miller and the pursuit was called off.
Miller was later indicted by a Highland County Grand Jury. According to court records, Miller was arraigned on Feb. 3. At that time Miller was ordered by the judge to appear in court. Records show that Miller failed to show up for his court hearings and was later indicted again for failure to appear.
Miller pled guilty to all charges in May of this year.
