WILMINGTON, Ohio — The Storm Prediction Center has placed the Scioto Valley under a risk for severe weather this weekend.
Meterolgists say that a passing cold front will bring the chance for showers and storms Friday, and Saturday.
Officials with the National Weather Service in Wilmington say, localized flooding will be the primary threat.
